First Time Volunteers Registration Fee $25 per person THERE IS NO PRE-REGISTRATIONFirst Time Volunteers will participate in our New Volunteer Class that is designed to prepare volunteers to be able to respond effectively with our ministry.Information will be shared to help answer the questions that all new volunteers typically have.First time volunteers will be able to choose Ministry Area Classes to obtain specialized training in the area they most likely want to work.You may cross train in other Ministry Areas by attending another regional training event.Price includes: lunch, training materials, ID badge,t-shirt, and hat. These items will be mailed to you after we have received your background check clearance, which you must do on-line. Cost for background checks is additional.


Returning Volunteers Registration Fee $20 per person THERE IS NO PRE-REGISTRATION Returning Volunteers have several options:1.During the morning, you may choose to get additional training in your primary ministry area.2.After lunch, you may choose to attend another ministry area class to receive training in another specialty, thus expanding your ability to minister.Price includes lunch and training materials.If your badge has expired, you will need to attend the New Volunteer Class to receive a new badge. Badges expire every 3 years. Background checks will be required when badges are renewed. Cost for background checks is additional, which you must do on-line prior to training.

Mud-out buckets

We want to be prepared to help with 100 buckets when the need arises for the supplies below after a natural disaster.  The Holmes Baptist Association will have clean, empty buckets available for any of our churches/individuals  that would like to participate in this event. Be sure to check with us that  buckets are available prior to you stopping by the  Association Office.  In each bucket will be a list of the items to pack. If you are interested in participating, just contact the Association Office or Bro. Kent.
